Welcome to Wood River Valley’s most popular clinic, offered during Spring, Summer and Fall, at Atkinson Park in Ketchum. To participate, you will need to become a member of the WRPA, which rewards all members with a long list of fantastic benefits, or take advantage of the free membership we provide for people who only want to join the clinic.
Our clinic methodology is simple: offer the best coaching tips available today in a fun and social format. Our experts come from the world of both amateur and professional pickleball competition. We typically have 4 coaches (one per court), each of whom work on one specific stroke or technique for 30 minutes. We then have all players rotate to the next court. Everyone will have the opportunity to learn and/or practice 4 pickleball skills over a two hour period.

We tailor our instruction based on player level, offering helpful hints along the way. The WRPA Free Friday Clinic is fun and fast moving, perfect for players just starting up to 3.5. If you’re brand new to pickleball, we will be offering a once per month beginners only clinic. We look forward to seeing you there!
Note: we always have paddles and balls, free for anyone to borrow and return.
